System Administrator
This is a hybrid role requiring two days per week in the office on Tuesday and Thursdays (Minneapolis MN - South East metro). Candidates must be able to work in the US without sponsorship.
We are seeking a dynamic Systems Administrator to join our team and support the implementation and ongoing configuration of the new mortgage system. This role will be pivotal in understanding business needs, gathering requirements, and configuring the system to optimize operations. Initially, the focus will be on business analysis—working closely with stakeholders to define system requirements. Over time, the role will transition to a more administrative focus, managing system configurations, writing rules, and implementing logic-based solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a Business Analyst to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
Configure and administer the Vesta system, applying low-code/no-code solutions.
Develop and implement business rules, logic, and workflows (if/then logic).
Create dashboards and custom fields to optimize system usability and reporting.
Analyze data to identify trends, solve business challenges, and enhance system functionality.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure smooth implementation.
Provide hands-on support to the team and actively engage with users.
Qualifications:
Mortgage industry experience required (wholesale experience a plus).
Strong ability to gather requirements and translate business needs into system configurations.
Technical proficiency in configuring systems, applying logic-based rules, and working with workflows.
Ability to analyze data and devise system solutions to meet business needs.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
