Emergent Staffing contributes up to 90% of your monthly medical premium costs. Contractors can choose from one of four plans from BlueCross BlueShield including Health Savings Account (HSA) plans and some with lower deductibles.

Emergent Staffing contributes up to 50% of your monthly dental and vision premium costs. Contractors can choose to opt out of dental, vision or both.

Emergent Staffing provides a 401(k) plan with an 100% employer match up to 4% of the employee's contribution.

Emergent Staffing contractors can contribute to our Flex Spending Account (FSA) as a way to spend pre-tax dollars on healthcare (non-HSA plans) and dependent care related expenses. Our FSA includes a $550 carryover allowance for any money left in the account at the end of the year.

Emergent Staffing provides an employer-paid policy for short and long term disability. The short-term disability benefit is 60% of weekly earnings up to $500 for 12 weeks and the long term disability benefit is 60% of monthly earnings to $6,000 per month after a 90-day elimination period.

Emergent Staffing provides an employer-paid policy for group term life and AD&D insurance equal to annual salary up to a maximum of $50,000.

Personal time off is pro-rated based on contractor start date and length of employment.

Emergent offers eight paid Holidays per year, including two floating holidays, providing the flexibility to celebrate the holidays of your choice: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Day after Thanksgiving (floating), Christmas Eve (floating), Christmas Day. 

Emergent Staffing offers two weeks of paid maternity/paternity/adoption leave to welcome their new addition to their family. We follow FMLA rules beyond the first two weeks.
